September 28 – 30 brought around the sound of jets to the Salinas valley. With a stellar line up, this show was built for noise and the smell of jet fuel. And what better machine to have jet fuel pumping through it’s veins and steel skeleton, then 6 Blue and Gold US Navy jets!!!

But before they could fly, ladies and gentleman, from your right, you’re United States Marine Corp FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT Albert!

And of course the F/A-18A’s big brother, the F/A-18F Super Hornet from VFA-122 strutting its stuff.

And of course, the reason this is an “International” airshow, the Canadian Air Forces Snowbirds.
